Can IHDP create offline editions of my online digital publications?
Absolutely - You will be able to create offline editions for both the PC and Mac which can easily be copied to any digital storage device including your flash drive. The Mac and PC version can both be burned to a disk, while the PC version will be able to auto run.

Can I add a custom logo?
Yes - any version of IHDP will allow you to not only add a custom logo to the left hand side of the toolbar, but you will also be able to make it 'hot' and point to an external link of your choice.

Can I add a custom background image?
Yes - any version of IHDP will allow you to add a custom background image.

Can IHDP capture links that I already added to my PDF file?
Yes - any version of IHDP will automatically capture all links that you have already embedded inside your PDF file.

Yes - any version of IHDP will be able to gather click through date/gather statistics by using "Google Analytics". Enter the unique "Google Analytics ID" that you will create inside the software and you will be able to gather a lot of data, this will include: total and unique figures based on page and edition visits, link click through, email click through, all down to which web browser they are using. You will then be able to export all this data out into an Excel spreadsheet and create custom reports.

You do and we can show you how. IHDP is a software solution not a service, therefore you are in complete control. After you create a digital edition, all you will need to do is to upload the digital edition folder that the software has created into a subdirectory on your domain/website. IHDP digital edition folders can be hosted on most common web servers from Apache (NAME), and Microsoft (IIS).

Can I create digital editions for my clients?
Yes - IHDP provides an edition specifically for you to be able to generate digital editions for your clients. You will be able to create an unlimited number of digital editions for up to 25 unique clients. Need more clients, we have an "Enterprise 25 Client Upgrade Pack" ready whenever you are .

What is white label branding?
White label branding is an enhanced private label for each digital edition created by IHDP. Essentially, there will be no Aglaia Software or IHDP logo or insignia as part of the finished digital flipping edition. It will appear to your audience that you developed the technology in house.

What is third party production?
Third party production is available. Third party production will allow you to create digital editions for your clients as a service and collect a fee for that service. Essentially you will be able to take material that is not owned by you, convert it into an online digital edition for your clients, provide the edition to your clients for their purposes, all as a service to generate revenue.

How IHDP can published anddistributed?

IHDP can be published on the Internet, or distributed on CDs, DVDs or any other peripheral device.

The trial version has been used, and now I bought the software, what should I do?

Please uninstall the trial version before installing the full application.

What considerations should we make to enable IHDP to import the chosen PDF file?
All PDF files must be created as single pages.
All pages must have the same dimensions.
No crop and bleed marks.
Embed all fonts into the PDF.
Minimum resolution 100 DPI.
Please close all other programs using your PDF, before uploading.
Please make sure that the PDF has a web friendly name with no characters.
Please save the PDF file without any password-protection before importing it into IHDP.

What kind of a file can be used as a background image?
Please make sure you used the following formats: .jpg, .png, .swf , .bmp and images have to be in RGB colors
